What is the turnaround time?

For local accounts, 12 business days for all PFMs and 15 business days for all porcelain cases. For out of area accounts, 15 business days for all PFMs and 18 business days for all porcelain cases.

How do I send you a case?

(For accounts that are out of our delivery area) It�s as easy as 1, 2, 3
1. Call us with your shipping information when the case is ready to be shipped.
2. We will immediately fax you a pre paid shipping label and arrange for the case to be picked up.
3. We will send you a pre paid shipping labels along with our welcome package right away.


What is your rush fee?

Rush fees vary from case to case depending on how fast you need the case, and the type of restoration we are doing. So, when you have a rush case, call us and we will give you an exact quote at that time.
